At Coolen Engineering BV, we work daily on smart solutions in machining. With a modern machine park, in-house automation, and a highly organized workshop, we are known for our innovation and efficiency. We produce both single parts and series production, always with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

What we are currently working on

Further development of our first in-house built robot cell
Construction of a second robot cell for another machine
Expansion of our own software, WorxShp (cost calculation and workshop digitization)
Launch of the WorxShp customer portal
Transition to Fusion 360
Construction of a new modern cafeteria and renovated building facade

What will you do?

Programming with Autodesk Inventor HSM CAD/CAM / Fusion 360
Setting up and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc)
Checking and measuring finished products
Independently clamping materials
Setting up and, where necessary, correcting tools
Contributing to and preparing automation processes
Monitoring machining processes and performing quality inspections
Basic maintenance of machines, tools, and clamping equipment

You have experience in machining (turning)
You work independently but thrive in a team environment

Whether you are a starter or an experienced professional: you have a passion for technology

What do we offer you?

A good salary between €2,650 and €3,600 gross per month (depending on experience)
38 days off (25 holiday days + 13 ADV days)

One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
